Noor Farouk Abu Dheir

Noor Farouk Abu Dheir is a dedicated and accomplished Clinical Dietitian with HAAD and DHA licensure, holding a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sharjah. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition and has extensive experience in critical healthcare settings, including oncology, ICU, palliative care, and bone marrow transplant units at Burjeel Medical City. Her professional journey began with an internship at Rashid Hospital and Trauma Centre, where she co-organized a nutrition workshop at the University of Sharjah. Following the completion of her B.Sc., she undertook a post-graduate internship to qualify for the DHA examination. Noor’s expertise spans enteral and parenteral nutrition, particularly for critically ill patients, and she has established comprehensive policies and procedures for the Nutrition and Dietetic Department at BMC. In addition to inpatient care, she is actively involved in outpatient clinic duties, offering specialized nutrition education and support.

Nancy Mohamed El Shamy

Pratheeba is a physical therapist with eleven years of experience in evaluating and effectively treating patients. A seasoned therapist in evaluating, assessing the needs and creating appropriate treatment plans to best address the patient needs. She has experience with physical injuries, pain management, advance neuro rehabilitation for adults and pediatrics. She’s adept at identifying the cause of trauma and designing safe and effective physical therapy treatment plans.

Ritika Divakar

Ritika is a physiotherapist who is a highly motivated individual with over 12 years of experience possessing strong hands-on technique with vast academic knowledge in the field of neuro rehabilitation with high interpersonal skills and has the capacity to adjust in a fast-changing environment. Before shifting her base to UAE in 2016 she acquired her experience from Gleneagles Group of Hospitals – India where her role was vastly in post-surgical and neuro rehab OPDs. In the UAE, prior to joining Burjeel Medical City, she acquired her experience in treating neuro spinal disorders and pediatric rehab from HealthPoint Hospital LLC in Abu Dhabi. She’s an expertise in complex pediatric neuro and adult neuro rehabilitation, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and women’s health.

Salam Sagheer

Salam Sagheer is a Clinical Dietician at Burjeel Medical City, Mohamed ben Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. She holds DOH and DHA licenses as Clinical Dietician and has more than 6 years of work experience in multi-specialty hospitals and clinics of Syria and UAE for inpatient and outpatient services. Salam received her Bachelor of Health Science in Dietetics from Al Baath University, Syria. She has been responsible for weight loss management and bariatric surgery.

Sarah Abdel Karim Alkhaled

Ms. Sarah is licensed physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Sharjah in 2018. She did her internship in Tawam Hospital for 6 months and that helped her to get experience in all aspects of physiotherapy. Then she started her career in 2020 as licensed physiotherapist. She has experience in orthopedic cases such as neck pain, disc degenerative disorders, post operative knee and hip. In addition, she has experience in neurological cases such as stroke and multiple sclerosis. She has attended various courses and seminars along her educational and professional life. Sara is certified practitioner in dry needling and manual therapy from the UK.

Shazia Haider

Shazia deals with both pediatric and geriatric population with swallowing and feeding disorders along with voice, articulation and language disorders. She’s trained in communication and feeding problems in children with ASD, ADHD, ADD and other similar diagnosis. Moreover, she is well experienced in working with individuals having cleft palate, cerebral palsy, down’s syndrome, stroke, cancer and other structural, neurological and genetic conditions. She also helps individuals with stuttering and aural rehabilitation for hearing impairment. She provides her services in OPD, general ward, ICU, PICU, NICU and homecare.

Sherook Mohamed Mosa

Subsequent to gaining a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), besides other additional qualifications, Ms. Sherook Mohamed Mosa commenced her career as a Physiotherapist in a leading medical facility in Egypt. Pursuing new avenues in the profession, She established herself as a reputed Physiotherapist in a number of leading hospitals located in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and added a total of 16 years of work experience to her credit. At the reputed hospitals where she worked, Ms. Mosa attended a number of patients who needed musculoskeletal, sports injury and neurology-related speciality services in physical therapy. Saniya Kungle

Saniya completed her professional studies in Physiotherapy from a reputed University in Pune, India in 2012. Subsequently, she worked for more than ten years in the physiotherapy departments in Clinics, medical centers and hospitals in India, Qatar and Abu Dhabi. She’s an expert in treating musculoskeletal, sports injuries, stroke patients, post-operative orthopedic patients’ rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry- needling and taping.
