Guidelines to ensure comfort, care, and safety during every visit
Please adhere to the following visitor guidelines.
Welcome to Burjeel Medical City. To ensure the comfort, privacy, and safety of our patients, we kindly ask all visitors to follow the guidelines outlined below.
Emergency Department: Maximum of 4 visitors in Acute/Normal Care Units.
Intensive Care Units (ICU): Maximum of 2 visitors at a time.
Visitors must be 12 years or older to access ICUs.
Masks must be worn at all times.
Visitors with flu-like symptoms are kindly asked not to visit, to protect patient safety.

Critical Care
For the health and safety of our patients within our care, we do not allow
Smoking or vaping anywhere on campus.
Outside blankets, pillows, or electrical appliances.
Large amounts of food or drinks.
Flowers in Critical Care or immunocompromised patient rooms.
