Subsequently, Dr. Aboobacker joined the Department of Hematology at Christian Medical College, Vellore, as a Registrar and completed her Postgraduate degree in Clinical Hematology in August 2013. Demonstrating her commitment to excellence, she continued her journey at the same institution as an Assistant Professor, transitioning to the role of Professor in the Department of Hematology in January 2022. She has also worked in the UAE as a Consultant in Pediatric Hematology at ADSCC/Yas Clinic from December 2023 to July 2024.
