Biography
Dr. Anshu Misra, MD, DNB, FEBNM, FANMB, is a Specialist in Nuclear Medicine at Burjeel Cancer Institute, Burjeel Medical City. She has extensive expertise in PET/CT imaging, including FDG PET/CT for oncologic, neurologic, and cardiac viability assessments, as well as for infection and inflammation. Her practice also includes disease-specific PET/CT studies such as PSMA, DOTATATE, DOTANOC, FES, choline, FET, amyloid, and FDOPA imaging, along with conventional nuclear medicine SPECT/CT imaging. Dr. Misra is actively involved in Radionuclide therapy and Theranostics, including radioiodine therapy for benign thyroid disorders and differentiated thyroid carcinoma, Lu-177 DOTATATE (PRRT), Lu-177 PSMA therapy for prostate and neuroendocrine tumors, and Y-90 radioembolization (SIRT). She is a Fellow of the Asian Board of Nuclear Medicine, Seoul, South Korea, and the Academy of Precision and Theranostics, Australia. She is also a Fellow of the European Board of Nuclear Medicine, Spain
