Biography
Dr. Hala Abdulkareem has joined Burjeel Medical City, Abu Dhabi as a Consultant in Family Medicine. She obtained MBChB in Iraq and pursued postgraduate studies in the UK. She completed the foundation training and GP vocational training scheme and attained the MRCGP, along with a certificate of completion of training. Before joining Burjeel, Dr. Hala served within the UK’s National Health Service for the last 12 years. Her areas of expertise include management of acute illnesses and chronic and long-term conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, annual health check, mental health, women’s health, chronic pain management, and dermatology.
