Dr. Mohamed Murshid Ismail is a Consultant Radiologist specialized in Body Imaging, with more than 10 years of clinical experience in advanced medical imaging, including CT, MRI, and ultrasound, with a particular focus on oncology imaging and diseases of the abdomen and pelvis. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Medical Sciences and Technology in Sudan, followed by Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) and Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Clinical Radiology in England. He obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Dundee. Dr. Mohamed has advanced expertise in diagnosing a wide range of complex conditions using the latest imaging techniques, including oncologic imaging, gastrointestinal/genitourinary and cardiac imaging, CT and MRI studies, as well as performing and interpreting ultrasound examinations and image-guided biopsies. He actively participates in multidisciplinary team meetings and has contributed to training radiology residents and fellows, in addition to supporting postgraduate medical education and teaching medical students. He has held several leadership roles, including Clinical Director of Radiology at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust in the United Kingdom, where he contributed to service development and improving quality of care and patient safety through clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives. He has presented numerous scientific papers and presentations at national and international radiology conferences. He is also a member of several European and British professional radiology societies, reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest international medical standards and delivering accurate diagnostic services that support clinical decision-making.
